Cares for and works with the Army's ceremonial horses and mules. Feeds, waters, grooms, tacks, bathes, and checks the health of the animals and gives basic first aid, maintains stables and grounds, and supports state and military funerals, color guards, and other ceremonies. Also handles training, transport, acquisition, and disposition of the animals.
